Leadership can be a very lonely and trying place, particularly in the church of today. That's why we find it so encouraging to introduce MinistryEquip. Once a church is introduced to us, the journey to a stronger, more effective place can begin, and ministries everywhere can experience the spiritual and financial freedom of the next generation in organizational support. While others provide training at large impersonal conferences, or teach "the church as a business", we are raising up a team of thinking consultants who are willing to form personal relationships and have the patience to truly connect with leaders in the local congregation.

Take a look around. Listen to or view the first few minutes of a few of our growing catalog of training resources. See thousands of ministry-related products available at discounted rates. Then you can join our community of leaders, get your own page started in our social network, and start to contribute to important conversations about ministry. You can check out our forums, head into our chat rooms, ask a question, or just network with new friends. It's all up to you.

STEP THREE
If you are seeking a consultation, you can begin to browse a growing list of shepherding consultants available for everything from a single chat to a full-fledged partnering relationship. Starting in late 2010, you'll be able to search our database by location, doctrinal background, years of experience, job description, and more to find a person with the skills and ministry context to meet you where you are. If a consultant is not what you need right now, you can simply continue to enjoy the diversity and depth of the MinistryEquip network. We know you'll want to come back often to see what's new and get the resources you need to prepare your ministry for success in real time. You can meet us using your home computer, or find us quickly when you're on the go by using one of the applications for mobile devices now in development. With the culture changing at a more and more rapid pace, we want to be there to understand the times and to help each local church better understand what needs to be done.
